I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious with modern decor, recently updated, and offered a fantastic view from the 5th floor. However, the lack of cellular reception was a downside to an otherwise amazing experience.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! The location was excellent, close to vibrant restaurants and with a view of the Winchester Mystery House, but the room cleanliness was a bit concerning with a musky odor lingering. The last-minute poolside room change was a pleasant surprise.

Staying at the executive suite on the 7th floor overlooking the vibrant Santana Row was a delight. The high ceilings and balcony with a romantic view made it a cozy and convenient location near restaurants and attractions. The service, although courteous, lacked welcoming information upon check-in. The neighborhood, perfect for shopping and dining, did come at an additional cost for valet parking due to limited parking availability. The delightful dining experience in the courtyard offered a lovely breakfast spread. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
